In Person Appointments will be conducted at our Bloomington, Greenwood, or Indianapolis office locations. There is minimum $10 notarization fee per signature or document per person. No charge for witnesses. Mobile service fee may be applied and based on location of most recent appoinment.

Mobile Appointments can be conducted at a safe & secure place of your choosing anywhere in the State of Indiana (subject to approval). This service is usally performed at your home or a local business. There is a minumum $20 Service Fee (includes up to 10 mi. travel charge and service fee. Fees subject to location of most recent appointment .
VIRTUAL / REMOTE ONLINE APPT.

Remote Online Services are conducted virtually using the highest levels of security and an industry leading technology platform. This option allows us to perform our services virtually worldwide, while our agent is physically located in the State they are Licensed. An ID verification process is required prior to all virtual services.

EMERGENCY SERVICES
After hours appointments may be requested. Based on availability and at our discretion. Service fee will be applied to Service Bill.

$10 Saturday Appointments
$20 minimum 5:00pm-9:00pm
$50 minimum 9:00pm-8:00am
& on Sundays
LATE FEES
Appointments will be charged a $5 late fee after 5 minutes from scheduled time and $10 per 30min after. Appointments may be cancelled after a 30 minute wait time. We reserve the right to cancel at any time without reason.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
We understand that things happen, so we will do our best to adapt and accomodate. Please understand that if you are attempting to cancel outside of these guidelines, there are many fees and expenses we may incur on your behalf, as those fees are typically covered by your payment for service. Not to mention everyones schedule is our priority. It is suggested that you provide at least 24hr notice of cancellation. Thank you.
